Having listened to 'Wings' several times on the trot, we're happy to
confirm that the answer is a resounding 'yes'. "Mama told me not to
waste my life/ She said spread your wings my little butterfly," they
chant over minimal beats slicker than a schoolyard jump rope final as
they deliver a words-won't-bring-us-down message sans the usual
heavy-handed balladry. The result won't be the saviour everyone was
hoping for, but given the job on their hands, it's a seriously promising start.
