, you've probably heard the name of late. Two weeks ago the then Labour Party general election co-ordinator, Tom Watson, handed in his resignation, seemingly after having had an epiphany during Drenge's ferocious set at this year's Glastonbury festival. In an open letter to Ed Milliband on his blog, Watson explained he'd grown frustrated with some convoluted political selection process or other, before adding that it was important Milliband enjoy his life outside of politics: "So: be that great Labour leader that you can be, but try to have a real life too. And if you want to see an awesome band, I recommend Drenge." This lead to some frantic Google searches and a Twitter race to try and get the band's first reaction. When it came it was slightly disappointing: "Hi all. We're in Roskilde, Denmark. We've got to play a gig in 40 minutes, but nice to meet you all. E+R". Thankfully, for the sake of rock and roll, after having some time to think about it the duo decided that actually it possibly wasn't the ideal situation for people to discover their music,
