Aplin first made a stir online after she covered a song called ‘My Heart’ by American Pop-punk band Paramore on Youtube as well as You Me At Six’s song ‘The Liar and the Lighter’ and since has recorded her third EP ‘Home’ which was released earlier this year.
The 19 year old from Somerset is a self-taught singer, songwriter, pianist, guitarist and finally... drummer. Aplin studied a diploma in Popular Music at City of Bath College. Local radio show BBC Wiltshire noticed her uploads and invited Aplin to play for them and has since done several sets.
