Carly Rae Jepsen Download has retained her place at the top of the Official UK Singles Chart with Call Me Maybe holding the No 1 position for the third week running.The Canadian singer's continued popularity meant 19-year-old Conor Maynard's single, Can't Say No, debuted at No 2, the highest new entry of the week.MTV
Fun's We Are Young dropped two places to No 3, while John Legend's Ordinary People, first released in 2005, achieved its highest ever chart position at No 4, largely thanks to Jaz Ellington's performance on The Voice last week.
Jessie J's LaserLight climbed 21 places to complete the top five.
Meanwhile, it was a close-run thing in the Official UK Album Chart as superstar songstress Adele's 21 held onto the No 1 spot after outselling second placed Jason Mraz's Love Is A Four Letter Word by just 44 copies.
Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded by Nicki Minaj, a former No 1 album, fell one place to No 3, while Lana Del Rey climbed two places to take fourth place with Born To Die.
Jessie J, who has seen sales soar since the launch of The Voice, rounded out the top five with Who You Are
