Previous singles Recover and The Mother We Share saw them top things like the Hype Machine chart and various other important lists that count towards a satisfying online portfolio. Having signed their own label Goodbye Records to Virgin, however, there's the sense that all this chatter needs to be converted into actual tangible record sales. Thankfully current single Gun – all fragmented synths, rapid-fire beats and more hooks per minute than most other pop singles – has given them a pretty good chance of making the leap from online clickbait to daytime radio staples.
