Download caused a roadblock in Paris yesterday as he gave an impromptu performance from a balcony in the French capital.
The teen idol appeared before screaming fans on the balcony of his record label's building and needed a megaphone to make himself heard.
Earlier in the day JB tweeted: "PARIS! 20-22, rue des Fosses Saint-Jacques. 1:30 today will be withDanKanter singing on the balcony! come sing with me!"

As the crowd of Beliebers swelled, Justin and guitarist Dan Kanter came out on the balcony to perform a few of the pop star's biggest hits, including Baby and One Time.
During the week, dedicated Norwegian fans caused problems for the authorities in Oslo with police reportedly on the verge of declaring a state of emergency.
In other news, Justin has revealed his recent concussion has had an unusual side effect.
Earlier this week, the Boyfriend popster was knocked unconsious after colliding with a glass wall on stage in Paris.MTV
The 18-year-old was diagnosed with a concussion but yesterday Biebs revealed his eyebrow was paralysed as a result.
Posting a video on Viddy, JB said: "I can't move my eyebrow. It's the weirdest thing, some weird stuff going on."
