Download has revealed some of her political opinions ahead of the US
presidential election next month, and joked that she plans to chain
herself to the White House in an effort to help legalise gay marriage.

star has been an avid supporter of gay rights around the world ever
since her rise to fame, and spoke out about the issue on Twitter
yesterday (12th October) while urging her fans to get informed about
this year's election.Capfm
"@ladygaga What do you plan to do next when it comes to helping legalize gay marriage?" Twitter user @iMonsterHooker asked, during a question and answer session with the singer, to which Gaga replied: "@iMonsterHooker chain myself to white house singing bad romance on repeat."
The 'You And I' star also revealed she is "pro-choice"
when it comes to her view on abortion, and admitted she doesn't think
the government should decide on that particular issue.
In addition to revealing some of her own opinions on
controversial subjects, Gaga also told her followers to be "empowered"
and "educate one another" about the impending country-wide election.
"Use my timeline. Be youth empowered, know its ok to have different views but educate one another," Gaga tweeted. "Fight for your freedom by communicating.
"This is the time we should all be using to debate
each other + inform ourselves no matter what our differences this is an
important election."
