Download Bosses on The X Factor are reported to be cross with judge Tulisa because she has been holding parties in her dressing room backstage at the studios where the live shows are filmed.
The former N-Dubz star has reportedly been keeping staff hanging around until the early hours of the morning after the shows - and has even been smoking in her dressing room.
A source told The Sun: "It's just not very professional. She's smoking in her dressing room in the breaks and it's full of her chavvy pals all drinking from her minibar.MTV
"When they won't leave it means the security staff are stuck there waiting to lock up."
Producers are apparently keen for the judges to set a better example to the contestants - especially in the wake of Rylan Clark and Lucy Spraggan's drunken antics this week.
The source continued: "How can we expect the contestants to behave when the judges aren't?"
