Liam Gallagher

Liam Gallagher
Download  has said he hopes to be just like The Rolling Stones when he's older - by continuing to make music into his seventies.

The former Oasis front man, who recently turned 40, says he has no plans to call it quits just yet and hopes that he can still perform like Mick Jagger and co when he's old.

Speaking at the premiere of The Rolling Stones documentary Crossfire Hurricane, Gallagher told The Daily Star: "The Stones are still bad boys. As long as you look cool, have a good pair of jeans and a good head of hair then crack on with it, man. That’s what I’ll do."

With Noel Gallagher recently declaring that he wouldn't reform Oasis even if "all the starving children in the world depended on it", it looks like Liam will need to convince the rest of Beady Eye to keep rocking into their seventies.NME
